The 14-cup capacity is great for big batches, and the mini bowls are perfect for small chopping jobs without hauling out the big bowl. The 500-watt motor is adequate for most tasks, though it struggles a bit with tough dough. The 3-speed settings plus pulse give good control. Build feels solid with a stainless steel blade. My only gripes: the locking mechanism feels a bit stiff, and the cord is shorter than I'd like. Overall, a solid performer for the price.
