Our take
I tested the Breville Sous Chef Pro 16 cup, and it's a beast. The 1200W motor powers through tough dough and vegetables effortlessly. The 16-cup bowl is huge, perfect for big batches. I love the reversible shredding disc and the pulse function gives precise control. Safety features like the overload protection and safety lock give peace of mind. Downsides: it's heavy (26 lbs) and takes up counter space. Also, the single speed might limit some tasks. At $200 used, it's a great value for serious home cooks.
